Community Mobilizer

Join Brandywine Counseling & Community Services, Inc. (BCCS) as a Community Mobilizer in our Hep‑C Program.

Since 1985, BCCS has been a trusted provider of substance abuse and behavioral health treatment. We offer education, advocacy, prevention, early intervention, and treatment services to support recovery with dignity.

• Initiate and develop a social process in selected communities for collective analysis of problems and action leading to solutions, making it self‑sustaining.
• Organize and attend stakeholder meetings such as coalitions and committees.
• Engage community members with shared goals to advance the program’s mission.
• Conduct community presentations.
• Provide educational materials to focus populations and demonstrate health knowledge at multiple levels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partner organizations.
• Coordinate services that promote community health and welfare, advocate for those facing access barriers, and participate in projects that enhance well‑being.
• Maintain a list of resources and contacts.

• Associate’s Degree with 3‑5 years of prevention/addiction experience, OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field with 1‑3 years of prevention/addiction experience.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 points or less.

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
