Practice Manager (Bilingual) - Saint Francis Center of Hope
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join the team at our Center of Hope Family Practice.

Shift: Day Shift.
Location:
620 Stanton Christiana Rd, Ste 302, Newark, DE 19713.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Day/Evening Hours required.
- Strategic direction and maintenance of daily operations.
- Financial and budgetary oversight and tracking of variances.
- General management of a physician practice with two or more of the following: 5 or more providers, multiple locations, multiple specialties and high complexity.
- Communicate and implement updates to policy and procedures within the practice (staff and providers).
- Ensure colleagues utilize Practice Management System (EPM) to schedule patients.
- Monitor patient flow to optimize physician time and staff coverage.
- Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling and billing procedures, staff scheduling.
- Develop and monitor the practice budget; ensure budget compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop business strategies and patient services.
- Establish the monthly office hour schedule; align colleague and physician staffing.
- Monitor progress toward regional targets and metrics.
- Ensure staff interactions with patients reflect Standards of Behavior.
- Review patient registration and data entry for timeliness, accuracy, and policy adherence.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide guidance and feedback.
- Oversee expenditures, staffing, and overtime hours.
- Ensure regulatory and Joint Commission compliance for the practice/practices.
- Develop and oversee internal practice policies and procedures; interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work with Central Billing Office and hospital systems to obtain reports to monitor billing accuracy and timeliness.
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in primary care or ambulatory care.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Knowledge of insurance billing rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of practice management and electronic health record applications.
- Excellent communication and listening skills; strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people in and out of the hospital setting.
