You are joining our Financial Steering team at Natixis Investment Managers, which is looking for a Management Controller
, for a 2-year apprenticeship starting September 2026
.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:

• Monitoring opex for the core functions of the Global Holding (General Directorates, Risks, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Communication...);
• Participating in the closing process (reconciliation of intercompany and intra-company, recording of management manual entries, accounting-management reconciliation), in partnership with the accounting teams in Paris and Boston;
• Producing complete P&Ls (Net Banking Income, payroll, operating expenses) for various reporting and analyses for the BPCE group with financial KPI monitoring;
• Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting for department managers with variance monitoring vs. N-1 year, Budget, Revised;
• Participating in the budgeting process (1 Budget and 3 Revised forecasts per year);
• In parallel to this non-exhaustive list, you will be solicited for continuous process improvement and ad-hoc analysis production. You will be involved in Finance projects (implementation of steering support tools, digitalization of the function...).

• BAC +4 student, you are preparing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Finance or Management Control.
• You know general accounting and cost accounting.
• You have good knowledge of the Office pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP 4
  
  HANA, SAP FC, and Power BI is an asset.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
