Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), an area within the Commercial Bank (CB), provides a controlled, efficient environment for executing the bank’s syndicated loan business in a client focused and cost effective manner. Delaware Wholesale Loan Ops is the component within the broader organization that focuses on providing operational support for the many businesses involved with the syndicated loan product. This includes but is not limited to credit trading, IB Risk and Syndicated and Leveraged Finance, all of which have a global presence and are supported out of the Delaware Operations hub.

• Support the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products that require extra diligence and critical thinking.
• Communicate frequently with the various front and middle offices to ensure seamless support of the business.
• Work closely with Financial and Product control to ensure accurate reflection of month end income/P&L.
• Action all scheduled and unscheduled loan activity on a daily basis.
• Monitor and investigate cash and other exceptions such as past due loans, payable & receivable balances, and other items that pose financial risk to the firm.
• Manage clients borrowing bases to accurately determine how much the firm is willing to lend to them.
• Perform daily reconciliation between clients cash and position reporting to accurately capture the value of portfolios.

• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services/Banking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: Pivot Tables, ability to analyze large data sets)
• Knowledge of Commercial OR Corporate Loan products
  -OR- trading operations is a PLUS
• Loan IQ experience is a PLUS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Strong analytical, technical & problem-solving skills
• Effective, adaptable, & professional communication / interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, quality & accuracy
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong teamwork skills
• Prioritize workload efficiently
