Job Description

AlTi is looking for a Summer Analyst to join our team in our Wilmington office. This position will be structured as an 8-week program within our Client Operations Department, with four weeks with the Client Service Team and four weeks with the Operations Team. As a Summer Analyst, this person will gain exposure to servicing our Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in a variety of capacities.

This role is a gateway to long-term career development and continued growth opportunities at our firm.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned Client Service and Operations Teams to service the Firm’s UHNW clients
  • Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of accounts including SMAs and brokerage
  • Manage cash and security movements including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, and journals
  • Ensure client data is updated in CRM and custodian systems
  • Reconcile cash and security transfers, and new investment activity
  • Perform analysis on missing data and remediate as necessary
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree – Finance, Business, Operations, or Engineering Preferred
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work within a collaborative, fast paced team environment
  • Strong time management and organization skills required
  • Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Power Point
