  • Maintain and update the IT Capital Tracker for project status, spend, milestones, and timelines.
  • Manage capital reporting and invoicing, ensuring alignment with actual project progress and capitalization rules.
  • Track purchase orders (POs) and capital commitments and ensure timely closure of POs and projects, including closure of open commitments, completion of asset documentation, and clearance of forecast variances.
  • As required, participate in regular PM sync calls to track milestones, risks, and dependencies and actively follow up to resolve financial or process issues.
  • Perform financial analysis to identify risks, variances, and control gaps and support corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal financial controls.
  • Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in capital processes and support initiatives to simplify, standardize, and strengthen controls.
Key Success Indicators
  • Accurate and timely WBS creation and capital project setup.
  • Clean SAP capital structures and reliable financial reporting.
  • Timely closure of POs, commitments, and capital projects.
  • Minimal audit findings and financial exceptions.
