. This full‑time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) is based out of our Millcreek financial center in Wilmington, DE (New Castle County). Must be available during branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities- Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries through Fulton Bank’s Distributed Work model, scheduling appointments, and engaging customers in the lobby and during transaction processing.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expansion of existing relationships.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, Fulton policies and procedures, and demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
- May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Experience: 2 or more years of customer service or sales experience (Required)
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Pro‑active and result oriented.
- Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs‑based conversations.
The hourly rate for this position is $19.90 – $31.44.

This position may require the incumbent to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Incumbents who are required to register will be notified in writing.
