Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Wilmington, DE, for a Finance and Business Specialist. The role involves managing financial processes, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and supporting business operations. The specialist will handle accounting functions, ensure accurate reporting, and provide insights to optimize financial and operational performance. Additionally, the role includes active collaboration with the leadership team and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and improve efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Finance and Accounting, with experience in managing budgets and handling financial statements
• Effective analytical skills to interpret financial data and offer actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present financial information clearly
• Proven ability to develop and improve business processes for financial and operational efficiency
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and adept in managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
