Risk Management - Credit Collections Risk - Senior Associate
Join JPMorgan Chase in Risk Management and Compliance. As a Senior Associate on the Credit Risk Collections Team, you will drive risk mitigation and collections performance, working closely with operations, product, technology, and marketing to develop and continuously improve collections risk criteria.

Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive analytics to measure key business initiatives and recommend innovative solutions.
- Identify and assess performance trends using statistical, data mining, and quantitative methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed risk monitoring reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Gather requirements, map business processes, identify gaps, and manage key deliverables to meet challenging timelines.
- Monitor internal and external behavioral data, public industry trends, regulatory changes, and credit risk best practices to continuously improve risk collections processes.
- Strong analytic, interpretive, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure and execute analyses.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into practical solutions and create concise presentations with sound business conclusions.
- Effective presentation skills to various levels of management.
- Adaptability to new tools and technologies, demonstrating proactive learning and application of innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, etc.) and 3+ years of analytics experience.
- Proven drive to succeed, results orientation, attention to detail, and independent decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau analytic tools (other coding languages also considered).
- Experience in program management, project management, and managing timelines.
