SummaryManage all activities as well as a staff in a personal trust office setting. Provides account administration for a small book of business to ensure client satisfaction both Trust and Financial Advisor (i.e. account opening, encroachment requests and tax preparation).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- A good working knowledge of all types of Fiduciary relationships
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail
- Teamwork and leadership orientation
- Ability to easily adapt to changing work environment
- CTFA (Certified Trust Financial Advisor) designation will be beneficial
Management
Education and/or ExperienceExpert level role. Excellent knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegate’s assignments to subordinates. Involved in developing, modifying and executing policies that affect immediate client operations and may have a broader impact to the business unit or division. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives of the enterprise.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements. Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels within the enterprise. Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damaging the relationship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
