This role seeks a senior healthcare engineering professional to serve as the Corporate Director of Facilities Engineering. In this role, the director will align capital investment, regulatory readiness, and operational reliability across a large, multi‑hospital network.
The ideal candidate will combine a deep engineering and hospital infrastructure expertise with executive‑level vision, financial competence, and systems thinking.

Job SummaryIn this position, the director will align capital investment, regulatory readiness, and operational reliability for a large, multi‑hospital network. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering operations, ensuring the readiness of facilities for regulatory compliance, and driving cost‑effective maintenance and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications- Masters Degree preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Ten years experience in a management role in Facilities Engineering. Hospital experience required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- CHFM certification preferred.
Trades license in Plumbing, Electricity or HVAC preferred.
Physical DemandsFrequent sitting, standing, walking. Occasional heavy lifting.
CompensationBase pay range $/yr – $/yr.
