Quality Engineer - MES

• Supporting MES deployments, sustainment, and optimization projects as an integrated team member.
• Ensuring ongoing compliance and validated state of the MES and integrity of the eDHR.
• Developing, revising, and maintaining MES requirements, procedures, control plans, PFMEAs, and training materials.
• Identifying quality gaps and implementing best-practice quality engineering solutions related to MES.
• Applying structured problem-solving methods to investigate and resolve MES-related quality issues.
• Developing MES validation test cases and supporting Software Verification & Validation activities.
• Serving as an MES subject matter expert (SME), including system integration with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Supporting and delivering MES training strategies and execution across teams.
• Collaborating cross-functionally across shifts as required during MES deployment phases.
• Performing additional job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience implementing or maintaining an MES and/or eDHR preferred.
• Experience with Change Management, Computer System Validation, and HP ALM preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable medical device regulations and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
