Key Responsibilities- Supporting MES deployments, sustainment, and optimization projects as an integrated team member.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance and validated state of the MES and integrity of the eDHR.
- Developing, revising, and maintaining MES requirements, procedures, control plans, PFMEAs, and training materials.
- Identifying quality gaps and implementing best-practice quality engineering solutions related to MES.
- Applying structured problem-solving methods to investigate and resolve MES-related quality issues.
- Developing MES validation test cases and supporting Software Verification & Validation activities.
- Serving as an MES subject matter expert (SME), including system integration with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
- Supporting and delivering MES training strategies and execution across teams.
- Collaborating cross-functionally across shifts as required during MES deployment phases.
- Performing additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical device or highly regulated industry.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience implementing or maintaining an MES and/or eDHR preferred.
- Experience with Change Management, Computer System Validation, and HP ALM preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable medical device regulations and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
