Phaxis Education is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to support K–12 students across Delaware

This school-based Special Education position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with disabilities through individualized instruction, case management, and collaborative support within K–12 school settings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide targeted academic and behavioral interventions for students with diverse learning needs
- Track and document student progress and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
