Education Administration
Gateway Charter School provides an extraordinary learning environment where neuro-diversity is celebrated and the arts are the heartbeat of education. We serve students who learn differently, ensuring they have the tools, the stage, and the support to reach their full potential through our unique arts-integrated model.
The VisionWe are seeking a dynamic, multi-faceted Head of School to serve as our lead administrator, educator, chief storyteller, and growth strategist. This is a "hybrid" leadership role: you will be the guardian of our instructional mission while acting as the external face of the school to drive fundraising, enrollment, and community partnerships.
This is more than an administrative position; it is a platform to redefine what is possible for students who think differently. You will lead a dedicated staff and a supportive Board in a state that values charter innovation. At Gateway, we don’t just teach—we transform.
"We are looking for a leader who is as comfortable in a classroom as they are in a boardroom. You are a champion for the student who thinks differently and a strategist who knows how to find the resources that the student deserves."
