• Develop and implement engaging lessons that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a small school environment to enhance the overall learning experience for all students.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure individual needs are met.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching practices and stay abreast of educational trends.

Previous successful experience as a teacher is desired. Prior teaching experience (3+ years preferred), BS or BA in elementary education, and current NAD certification. Salary and benefits are based on denominational wage scale policy. Individuals must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide evidence of that right if employed.
