If you love working with toddlers and fostering their growth and independence, you are welcome to apply to our Lead Toddler Montessori Guide position. We are looking for individuals with creativity and patience to join our team of Montessori trained Guides. Preference for Montessori training in Infant/Toddler.

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for children in a daycare setting
- Provide individual and group tutoring sessions to support children's learning in various subjects, including math
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines to promote gross motor skills development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Minimum of an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Montessori certification (complete or in-progress), preference for Infant/Toddler.
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of child welfare policies and procedures
