Welcome to Our Team!
We are looking for a Board Certified Primary Care physician to join our established PACE Program. If you have a CAQ in Geriatric Medicine and at least 1 year of experience caring for the Geriatric population, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Provide primary medical care to participants
- Assess participants and develop care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct participant medical care
- Evaluate effectiveness of care plans
- Board Certified in Primary Care
- CAQ in Geriatric Medicine
- 1+ years of experience with Geriatric population
- Competitive salary of $,000
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Shared evening and weekend call
- Located in Wilmington, Delaware - a vibrant city with small-town charm
