Christiana Care is seeking a Board Certified Addiction Psychiatrist to join our Project Recovery outpatient program. This is a full-time clinical position providing expert psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team across both Wilmington and Newark campuses in Delaware. The Project Recovery program delivers evidence-based, person-centered treatment for individuals with substance use disorders for all substances.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team across Wilmington and Newark campuses.
- Deliver care in the Project Recovery outpatient program with evidence-based, person-centered treatment for substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with psychiatry, therapists, social workers, program specialists, and community health workers.
- Participate in crisis intervention, resource navigation, and care coordination with internal and external providers.
- Support primary care providers engaged in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
- Faculty involvement with the psychiatry residency program; opportunity to train residents and students within the practice.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Addiction Psychiatrist.
