Platform Solutions is comprised of four main businesses, underpinned by engineering, operations and risk management:

• Transaction Banking, a cash management and payments platform for clients building a corporate treasury system
• Enterprise Partnerships, consumer financial products that companies embed directly within their ecosystems to better serve their end customers
• Merchant Point-of-Sale Lending, a platform that provides custom credit financing for home improvement merchants to offer directly to their customers
• ETF Accelerator, a platform for clients to launch, list and manage exchange-traded funds

About this Opportunity:

The Platform Solutions Division is seeking an energetic, creative, and experienced design professional to focus on the products our agents use to serve our clients on a daily basis.

Our work supports the people who speak with our clients so that they may provide excellent client service, address inquiries, understand client needs, and provide impactful solutions, particularly for those with minimal financial knowledge. Our experience must elegantly represent complex information and processes so that agents can focus on strengthening client relationships and building our business. Agents use our product for 8+ hours each day – when we create a superior experience for them, we have a direct impact on their happiness and job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class user experiences while working on a multi-disciplinary team to bring them to life, contributing to the creative future of our products
• Advocate for clean, simple user-centered interfaces
• Produce polished industry-leading visual designs for digital applications
• Engage in proactive problem solving and identify specific issues based on agent feedback
• Convert requirements by product managers and business stakeholders into a unified design specification
• Work with existing design systems and brand guidelines to create compelling visual assets and design solutions
• Assist in defining design styles and standards, documenting design system changes, and maintaining design system library
• Work with a team on cracking complex problems and crafting them into elegantly simple, intuitive designs with an eye for the detail

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Experience in user-centered interface design and visual design
• Experience/aptitude in UX design (ability to conceptualize and create designs in the context of complex user journeys)
• Experience conducting, interpreting, and applying qualitative and quantitative research studies to designs
• A track record of designing products that have been shipped (concept work is not sufficient)
• Knowledge of UI design conventions across web and mobile platforms
• Good working command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience delivering work within an established design system
• Experience working in an agile framework
• Strong capabilities in overall visual composition: typography, spacing, placement, hierarchy and creating consistent affordances that enhance usability and result in a delightful product
• A clean design aesthetic and the ability to simplify the complex
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Ability to create animations or motion prototypes to aid the development process
• (Preferred) An understanding of the fundamentals of conversation and experience design for voice applications
• (Preferred) Experience designing for Financial Services or other data-intensive products
