Content Design, Vice President - Card

Overview

Elevate user engagement through strategic content design, fostering inclusive and intuitive digital experiences. As a Vice President of Content Design for the Amazon CoBrand team you will develop and execute content plans for inclusive, usable product experiences and play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences through content. Supporting the Amazon Chase CoBrand Card portfolio, you will play a critical role in shaping and elevating the end-to-end customer experience across both Chase and Amazon platforms.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, engaging, and effective content strategies that drive customer understanding, satisfaction, and loyalty. Create engaging, user-friendly content that effectively communicates complex concepts to a diverse audience. Champion inclusive design and customer experience and contribute to the success of JPMorgan Chase and Amazon’s user experience design efforts.

• Partner with Chase Product, Marketing, and Experience teams to develop and align on robust end-to-end customer experience strategies for Amazon cobrand credit cards.
• Develop a strong point of view on the Amazon card customer journey, leveraging competitive intelligence, industry best practices, and business priorities to inform content decisions.
• Collaborate with CoBrand Card Product & Technology partners to support and execute work-streams within the Amazon book of work, ensuring content supports product and experience goals.
• Engage and influence Amazon stakeholders, particularly around content strategy to ensure all customer-facing content is legally sound, meets customer needs and expectations for credit card management and loyalty, and aligns with both Chase and Amazon’s strategic direction.
• Influence Amazon stakeholders to ensure Amazon card experiences and surfaces are consistent with overall content strategy.
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in content design for the Amazon Card product line, advocating for best-in-class customer experiences and content practices.
• Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience, ensure seamless, positive interactions throughout the customer journey.

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in content design, editing, writing, strategy, process, and architecture, focusing on digital products and platforms
• Ability to design effective content architecture, organizing and structuring content for enhanced user experience and easy navigation within products or websites
• Expertise in written and verbal storytelling, crafting clear, engaging content that effectively clarifies complex concepts for diverse audiences, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Extensive experience facilitating workshops for product and experience design, creating compelling content journeys
• Advanced technical literacy and deep understanding of content platforms and their impact on user experience
