Coral Springs Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is hiring for a full time Guest Services to work rotating weekends. The position hours are 11:30am-8pm.
Job OverviewThe Guest Services team member provides the initial introduction to our facility. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, pleasant telephone voice, great people skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm, focused, and patient disposition. Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask.
QualificationsGuest Services candidate will have exceptional customer services/sales experience. Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.
- Maintain confidentiality/HIPPA at all times as it relates to resident information and business functions. Practice good judgment at all times.
- Dependable attendance.
- Maintain proper dress code in uniform.
