The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full‑time Member Services Manager to join our team in support of Sales operations. This individual’s main responsibilities will be to facilitate the prospecting, sales, and onboarding of new members at the Club. The position will help resolve member complaints and issues while providing appropriate follow‑up and communication. It will also support the Sales and Membership team with other social and corporate events as needed.
DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processes all membership paperwork related to activations, upgrades, downgrades, medical leave of absences, and resignations
- Maintains the incoming new member files and ensures the accurate completion of designated documentation
- Accountable for ongoing maintenance of all membership files, accurately recording pertinent activity and paperwork
- Ensures that member files are stored in a secure location
- Facilitates all new membership tours
- Consistently interacts with members, prospects and management with a positive attitude and focus on a culture of hospitality, leadership and mutual respect
- Responsible for handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Replies to email, telephone or face to face inquiries regarding membership information
- Ability to work flexible hours, which can include evening, weekend and holidays
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
