Customer Service Representative

OverviewWe are looking for a people‑oriented, responsive recruiter who enjoys working with customers and helping them solve problems. The ideal candidate is outgoing, eager to learn, and can build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities- Act as the initial contact with current and prospective customers through email, telephone, in‑person, and on‑site visits.
- Build long‑lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long‑term clients.
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
- Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and support the success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
- Maintain accurate documentation, use strong listening skills, and manage organization and setup.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about signage products and processes.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $18.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
