Haz Tek is hiring an experienced Bilingual Safety Specialist to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA compliance
• Conduct daily safety meetings
• Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
• Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Daily safety audits and inspections
• Inspect power tools and heavy equipment

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience required
• Fluency in Spanish and English required (must be able to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking crews)
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction safety best practices
• Experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and build rapport across diverse project teams
