Senior Officer Depositary Service
Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Purpose of the job:
The Senior Officer Depositary will be responsible to perform Depositary tasks for our fund clients. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team reporting directly to the Head of Depositary.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the bi‑annually and yearly evaluation cycle of his/her team
Completion and review of depositary activities including cashflow monitoring, asset safekeeping and oversight procedures
Ensure the timely provision of reporting to the clients
Operate as a key part of the team to deliver a client focused, high quality service
Assist with the onboarding of new clients, both from a fund launch and fund migration perspective
Contribute to the integration of CSCD and the CSC Depositary organization in Amsterdam
Optimize internal processes and contribute to organization‑wide projects
Reports to the Depositary directors and works closely with the rest of the CSC leadership team on a strategic, tactical and operational level to achieve the ambitions of CSC Netherlands and to continue to develop CSC's Depositary business
Qualification / Experience required:
Preferable HBO or University degree in accountancy, business, finance or related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant prior working experience, preferably in the field of depositary, banking or fund services environment and in a managerial/team leader role
Team player, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a high level of energy, motivation, tenacity and agility
Safekeeper of a honest, people based culture
Excellent in time management and priority setting
Familiarity with the AIFMD, UCITS and Dutch regulatory environment are advantageous
Fluent in English is required and a strong command of Dutch
