As a HSE Project Coordinator on our team in Wilmington, DE/Conshohocken, PA, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services in our (LSNA). You’ll be accountable for coordination of project HSE deliverables, tracking contractor hours, and performing contractor performance evaluations. You’ll also support the team in maintaining and tracking safety databases, preparing reports, and PowerPoint presentations.

Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels – both orally and in writing – will help us meet our client s objectives. Occasional assistance with client representatives while visiting the site and setting up meeting time/space for them is expected.

Overview

Here’s what you’ll need

  • An associate degree in business administration, or equivalent, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
  • At least 5 years of safety support experience
  • Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Support the implementation of company and client safety program aspects at the field level with site workers
  • Experienced in reviewing completed safety documentation and cataloging for storage
  • Experienced in developing and implementing safety training/classes
  • Experience in working with a large number of site workers and contractors to perform safety assessments and performance evaluations

Ideally you ll have

  • Experienced in working in a fast-paced setting
  • Experienced greeting and checking-in a large number of personnel daily at a welcome center/front desk setting
  • Computer skills in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

The base salary range for this position is $52,800.00 to $90,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
