Junior Project Partner

The Junior Project Partner is responsible for collaborating with both internal and external clients to develop and execute multiple domain-related projects Shirks. This role requires the ability to manage several projects concurrently while consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations. The Junior Project Partner will be part of a global team, providingക്രട്ട international support to clients and colleagues. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, driven, internet savvy, and interested in working with cutting-edge technology and global internet branding.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring committed timelines and milestones are met to help achieve annual goals.
• Identify task sequences and resource requirements needed to accomplish objectives; prioritize critical action steps and proactively assess impacts and risks of decisions.
• Establish, coordinate, and maintain strong, communicative, and consistent relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Initiate and implement improvements to services, processes, programs, and products.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey ideas and facts using appropriate language for the target audience.
• Demonstrated analytical and reasoning skills; able to examine data, understand issues, draw conclusions, and solve problems.
• Effective planning and organizational skills; able to coordinate ideas and resources to achieve objectives.
• Commitment to providing high-quality services, processes, programs, and products, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Previous experience in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, ASAP Utilities).
• Proven track record of achievement and strong performance.
• Demonstrated flexibility and agility in adapting to team needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong time management, research, and analytical skills.
• History of detail-oriented multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
