Procurement Analyst, Senior

JURISolutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist who will partner with our pharmaceutical industry client’s internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements and align them with appropriate, preferred suppliers. This is a full-time, hybrid engagement requiring 3 days of in-person work per week at our client’s Wilmington, DE office (2 days remote per week). It will last at least 3 months.

This role is responsible for identifying and engaging suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing commercial details, and mitigating risk across a variety of supply projects. The position requires close collaboration across a large, matrixed organization and regular interaction with external vendors to ensure business needs are met efficiently and compliantly.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar commercial role, with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and the ability to clearly communicate and share information across teams are essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with categories such as market research, professional services, consulting, marketing, or data services is a plus, as is familiarity with common suppliers used across the pharma sector.
