Position Title: Immigration Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Wilmington, DE
Assignment Type: Contract (6 months, potential extension)
Compensation: $18-19 / Hour
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
On-Site or Hybrid: Fully on-site (5 days/week)

An Addison Group client is looking for an Immigration Administrative Support Specialist
!
- Provide administrative support for employment-based immigration processes, including work authorization and permanent residency cases
- Assist with preparation, coordination, and tracking of immigration documentation and related forms
- Support recruitment-related steps tied to immigration cases, including job postings and documentation tracking
- Maintain accurate and compliant physical and electronic files related to immigration activity
- Coordinate with internal HR partners and external immigration counsel to ensure timely completion of required tasks
- Track case progress and maintain detailed records using Excel and internal systems
- Support audits and compliance-related requests as needed
- Prior experience supporting immigration processes within an HR or administrative function
- Hands-on exposure to H-1B, PERM/Green Card, and immigration lottery workflows
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard Office applications
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
