Job DescriptionResponsible for performing a variety of secretarial, administrative and project-oriented activities in support of their function. May also serve as Team Lead for all administrative support personnel within the functional area and perform activities such as coordinating workflow, allocating resources and supervising others.
Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Acrobat and Docu Sign, as they will be working with contracts and converting incoming documents to these formats.
This position also requires a demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well with others, as this role is usually shared between a pool of Admin Coordinators, so many elements of this position will be done by multiple people sharing job responsibilities between them.
