Our client, a respected law office in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Full-Time Legal Secretary to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering $20/hour.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming/outgoing communications
• Maintain office records and databases
• Organize emails and legal documents
• Keep the office space clean and organized

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Excellent time management abilities
