Delaware Camera Systems is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Office Assistant in a very fast paced business. Applicant needs to be proficient in all Microsoft programs, I Cloud, Constant Contact, etc. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we require a dedicated individual to support our dynamic team. This vital position is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wishes to forge a career in administrative support.
Please note, this is an onsite position and is not eligible for remote work. We are looking for a vibrant, business-focused individual who can help maintain and foster the growth of our enterprise.
The right candidate will play a fundamental role in the daily administrative operations, assisting management in various tasks, and contributing significantly to our growth objectives.

- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff.
- Schedule meetings and appointments; maintain calendar events for management and service.
- Create quotes and invoices for client transactions and ensure they are sent timely.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documentation and reports.
- Work on assigned projects aimed at business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and presentations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences and ensure items are distributed and stored appropriately.
- Provide clerical support to management and other staff.
- Maintain and ensure a clean and organize office environment daily.
- Manage supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assist in the follow-up with clients.
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the office.
- Proven experience as an office assistant in another relevant administrative role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Pleasant and professional demeanour.
- Punctual, with a strong sense of time management.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Capability to work both in a team and independently when needed.
- Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or relevant field experience preferred.
