Job Description:
The Inside Assistant to a Territory Manager provides administrative and operational support by performing tasks such as CRM data entry, preparing contracts and reports, coordinating internal and external communications, and managing client information. This role assists with field-related paperwork, project presentations, agency compliance requirements, and tracking activities. The position offers a growth opportunity for an inside sales representative supporting a designated agency assignment.

Job Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support by coordinating department-hosted events, managing travel arrangements (for agents), maintaining general office organization, and ensuring all agency compliance documentation requirements are met. - Communication Hub:
Assist with the distribution of marketing material directly to the agents, social media, and website. Update material as directed. - Data & Documentation:
Enter, organize, and maintain client records, service requests, and field reports within department databases (like the CRM system). - Paperwork Processing:
Prepare, process, and track forms, agency appointments, contracts, changes, terminations, eligibility documentation, and compliance reports. - Client Interaction:
Respond to routine inquiries, provide policy information, and route complex issues to the appropriate Territory Manager or internal department. - Coordination:
Assist with scheduling agency events, coordinating services for clients, and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Field Preparation:
Gather required documents, information, and supplies for field representatives prior to agency visits.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Associate’s degree in related field required.
- Prior related office experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.>
