Tax Manager – CPA Firm | Generous salary + Outstanding Benefits

Our client, a dynamic and growing mid-sized CPA firm in Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Tax Manager to join their collaborative and client-focused team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and firm leadership, offering tax expertise, strategic insights, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate federal and multi-state tax returns
• Consult with clients and senior staff on tax planning, compliance, and strategy
• Support the preparation of tax provisions, filings, and related projects
• Stay current on tax laws and apply evolving regulations to client work
• Continuously develop technical tax knowledge through learning opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• CPA license
• 6+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
• Experience in tax preparation and review across multiple entity types; as well as trust experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with tax software, Microsoft Office;
  Quick Books is a plus
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team
