Nannas, Haines & Schiavo, P.A. is an established accounting, tax services, and consulting firm seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with multiple entities, takes pride in accurate financial records, and is interested in long-term growth within a collaborative firm environment.
Key Responsibilities- Balance and maintain accurate general ledgers for multiple entities
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support financial reporting and internal accounting processes
- Advanced experience with Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Payroll and Payroll Taxes
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
