Our dental practice is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team part-time! Our ideal candidate enjoys bringing a smile to other people’s faces, is willing to learn, and is committed to providing a unique and memorable patient experience. The full description is as follows:

Job Title:

Dental Assistant

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation: $18-25/hr.

- based on level of experience

Experience required:

• No experience required; 1 year preferred

Requirements:

• Upbeat, friendly personality

• Must be trainable and willing to learn

Schedule:

• Hours are flexible and may vary - minimum 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Chair and tool sterilization

• Digital scanning

• Take images including panoramic x-rays and CT scans

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate dental procedures and terminology

• Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPPA compliance

• Highly-engage with patients and fellow team members

• Show a reliable and empathetic attitude towards patients and staff

• Ordering supplies and taking care of logistics

• Schedule patients and answer phones as needed
