Customer Service Representative – Get Go Café + Market (Willowick, Ohio)

Part‑time position – Shift availability:
Days – Evenings. Job type:
Part time.

• Provide courteous, friendly, and attentive service; greet customers, offer suggestions, and process sales accurately.
• Operate the cash register, fuel console, lottery, money order, and telecom machines.
• Maintain store cleanliness interior and exterior, clean equipment, inspect facilities, and notify the Store Manager of maintenance or safety issues.
• Manage merchandise inventory: rotate stock, place signage, and complete build-to orders.
• Control merchandise and cash shortages; assist in inventory levels and shift audits.
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory records and report discrepancies, following brand guidelines for breakage or spoilage.
• Report all incidents – injuries, theft, property damage, sanitation concerns, and unsafe or unethical conduct – to the Store Manager.
• Maintain accurate shift and time‑keeping paperwork; attend meetings; maintain predictable attendance; perform duties assigned by the Store Manager.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment (cash registers, scanners, beverage dispensers, etc.).
• Reliability, punctuality, and clear communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Physical ability to work in cold or warm temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs, reach, push/pull, bend, and walk for an entire shift.

• Exposure to cold or warm temperature extremes in walk‑in coolers/freezers and outdoors.
• Occasional lift of up to 30 lbs from ground to overhead; up to 50 lbs from ground to waist.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; push/pull up to 20 lbs; bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat.
• Ability to shoulder climbing a ladder, stoop, kneel, squat, talk orally, operate a cash register or computer keyboard.
• Stand, walk, or work alone, and tolerate occasional noise.

• Approximately 95% of work indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots, gas pumps, and garbage removal.
• Exposure to extreme cold temperatures in walk‑in coolers/freezers and occasional noise.
• Minimum direction and periodic supervision.

Hiring Range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
