Join Our Team as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)!
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young learners? We are excited to offer a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position starting January 5th through the end of the school year, located near Maywood, IL . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Kindergarten and 1st/2nd grade classrooms in a supportive environment!
Position Highlights:- Start Date: January 5th - End of School Year
- Typical
Hours:
8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute duty-free lunch) - Caseload: Manageable caseload of approximately 40 students
- Instructional Classes: Work with 2 classes (Kindergarten and 1/2 grade) with around 18 students each
- Service Model: Push-in and group services scheduled twice a week for each class
- Case Management: Focus on S/L only for about 13 students
- Language
Skills:
Monolingual candidates preferred, but Spanish skills are a plus!
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A Master's Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- A current state license (or eligibility for one)
- A PEL License is required
- CCC certification is a must!
