Meet with dialysis patients to educate and coordinate insurance options.;
Educate on Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Supplement, State Renal programs and COBRA; assist with applications.;
Ensure patients complete the application process and follow up on claims disputed for non-payment.;
Track and verify Medicare/ Medicaid eligibility and enrollment, open enrollment, and indigent waivers.;
Prepare monthly reports and provide QA with insurance status details; audit billing data and resolve discrepancies.
