As a Cake Decorator you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

• Be a Team Member:
  Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, develop interpersonal skills for customer service, and maintain inventory and shrinkage control.
• Be an Expert:
  Plan bakery production, maintain consistency and quality of decorative designs, follow recipe measurements, decorate various products, ensure food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, inventory management, and equipment sanitation.
• Be a Techie:
  Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology for quick business decisions.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control standards, prepare for seasonal events, identify member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions, and resolve member issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Advocate for the brand by modeling high‑quality service, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and training, influencing and inspiring a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and implement action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and partners to identify priorities and recommend improvements.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period upon hiring.
