• Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment.
• Prepare meat products according to established standards (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming). Cut boneless meat products while maintaining product quality standards.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, using handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintaining work area per company policies and procedures; uphold quality and date control standards for meat products; secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; eliminate waste.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored according to company policies.
• Model high‑quality service and products as a department advocate; execute basics at highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; adjust to and learn from change.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
