Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and follows appropriate procedures for membership and payment types. Provides Pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with Company policies, assists with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocks and secures Pharmacy supplies, enters prescription information, files prescriptions, and maintains paperwork forms and other required documentation.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and organizes and maintains the Pharmacy area following Company procedures, utilizes equipment appropriately, merchandises, and completes paperwork logs. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress; determines and recommends improvement opportunities; adapts to change, difficulties, and feedback.

Complies with Company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implements action plans; uses the Open Door Policy.
