Position Summary:

Garden Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on a Full-Time and Part-Time Night Shift (11PM-7AM). The CNA plays a vital role in providing quality, resident-centered care and supporting the nursing staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs as required
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
• Prior long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (new CNAs welcome)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
