Garden Spring Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on a Full-Time and Part-Time Day Shift (7AM-3PM). The CNA plays a vital role in providing quality, resident-centered care and supporting the nursing staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs as required
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures
- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing
- Prior long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (new CNAs welcome)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Full-Time and Part-Time Day Shift (7AM-3PM)
