- End Date: June 20, 2026
- Shift: 4 x 10-hour days (07:00 AM – 05:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Call Requirements: Required – minimum 1 weekday/week and 1–2 weekend days/month
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,000–$2,100
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Ohio or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN / perioperative nursing experience
- RN Surgery certification preferred (perioperative certification a plus)
- Ability to take call as scheduled and participate in on-call rotations
- Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD)
- Successful completion of facility skills checklist and competency assessments
- Background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting as required by facility
- Valid Driver's License or State
- Serve as a circulating Operating Room Nurse (OR RN), prioritizing patient safety and supporting the surgical team
- Provide perioperative nursing care across a broad range of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Acute Care Surgery, Robotic Surgery, Orthopedics (total joints), Orthopedic Trauma, Vascular, Ophthalmology, Urology, Podiatry, and Thoracic procedures
- Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring equipment, sterile supplies, and documentation are complete
- Monitor and document patient status throughout procedures and handoffs; advocate for surgical patient safety and adherence to time-out and sterile technique protocols
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, perioperative team members, and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality surgical care
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergent surgical needs as scheduled
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and perioperative best practices
