Job SummaryOur RN's daily responsibilities include assessing and identifying patients' needs, implementing and monitoring the patient's medical plan and treatment. They provide essential teaching, promote therapeutic communication and ensure that the patient care is conducted according to our policies and standards of Laurelwood.
ResponsibilitiesProvide skilled, patient‑centered care, work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, promote therapeutic communication, deliver teaching, and uphold established patient‑care standards.
Qualifications- Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred.
- Current license to practice nursing in OHIO.
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
- Adaptability, communication, compassion, problem‑solving and resilience.
