At Marous Management Services, we’re a team of experienced professionals and proven performers with expertise in residential and commercial property management services customized to the unique needs of each property owner. We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor in Willoughby, Ohio!

• Assist in or performs a variety of manual labor activities related to carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and property maintenance of company owned facilities
• Maintain, repair or adjust all architectural systems including doors, windows, walls, ceilings, balconies, roofs (emergency situations only), gutters, cabinets and countertops
• Supervise property maintenance assistant personnel, housekeeping personnel, grounds/general labor and subcontractors, when applicable
• Assist with acquiring bids for Cap Ex projects, service contracts and general asset protection.
• Ensure all interior and exterior repairs to maintain apartments, common areas, buildings and grounds are completed according to established procedures.
• Schedule and inspect all work performed by maintenance personnel and outside contractors
• Complete vacant units to make ready status according to established procedures
• Regularly communicate with property manager as to status of service requests, make ready units, etc.
• Commit to excellent customer service and keeping all resident activity and information confidential.
• Assist in performing all snow removal as outlined in the policy and procedure manual or as required by the needs of the property, including daily completion of snow removal log
• Schedule, inspect and/or perform grounds maintenance ensuring high level curb appeal
• Ensure inventory of adequate parts and supplies are in stock. Purchasing and submitting Pos
• Continually monitor budgeted maintenance expenses
• Respond to and correct after hour emergencies on a timely basis
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Multi-unit residential/commercial experience in maintenance and repair of buildings
• Work requires organizational, communicative and analytical skills normally acquired through extensive work experience in building and grounds maintenance, knowledge of facilities and equipment, general office procedures and fiscal management
• At least 2 years of experience within the property management industry
• Strong management and interpersonal communication
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate, manage, and lead others
• Ablility to operate business related computer systems and equipment
• Ability to read and understand work orders and instruction manuals
• Ability to maintain written record of completed assignments
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay:$50,000-$65,000/year, depending on experience
