The Maintenance I position supports the organization’s daily internal operations by ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and work spaces are maintained in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. This role plays a key part in enabling the organization to provide high-quality services and a positive environment for staff, students, guests, and the community.

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and consistently without omission.
• Perform general and continuous cleaning and disinfecting of all lobby areas, restrooms, entryways, and related common areas.
• Load, run, and empty the dishwasher as needed to maintain kitchen and break areas.
• Demonstrate proactive attention to the needs of the building, identifying and addressing maintenance or cleanliness issues before they escalated.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to Five years of experience; experience in a school or arts environment preferred.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate events and operational needs.

• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds repeatedly over extended periods.
• Perform repetitive tasks including lifting, pushing, and reaching above shoulder level.
