- Certification or diploma from an accredited massage therapy program.

- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy.
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
- Additional certifications in reflexology, lymphatic drainage, or aromatherapy.
- Experience working in a holistic health or wellness center.
- Knowledge of complementary healing practices and holistic health principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in client management software and scheduling systems.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, concerns, and treatment goals.
- Perform various massage techniques, including therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and aromatherapy as appropriate.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client‑specific needs and promote holistic health.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage scheduling and client records efficiently while demonstrating flexibility to accommodate varying work hours.
