Clinical Pharmacist – Part‑time

We are currently conducting a search for a part‑time Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing team of colleagues at our customer site, Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine, to provide outstanding inpatient pharmacy services to patients with diverse behavioral health needs.

Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine in Willoughby, OH

Schedule

This part‑time role includes every third weekend (Sat & Sun, 7:30 a.m.–12 p.m.), occasional remote evening verification (7–9 p.m.), and coverage for PTO and holidays.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Verify physician medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Fill and check automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs)
  • Repackage medications into unit‑dose formulations
  • Review and verify all work completed by pharmacy technicians
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff to support medication administration
  • Assist with general hospital and pharmacy department needs, including inventory and compliance tasks

Required Qualifications
  • Pharm

    D or BS Pharmacy degree with equivalent and acceptable experience from a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP)
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the state of Ohio without any discipline on license
  • Flexibility with scheduling (ability to work weekends and cover PTO requests by pharmacy manager)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
